Sunday Eucharist and daily Eucharist if possible. If it is not possible to attend the Eucharist each day then at least a few times during the week

Pray the Creed and 7 Our Fathers, Hail Mary’s and Glory Be’s each day as well as 15 decades of the Rosary.

Place the Bible in a prominent position in your home. Read a few verses each morning and meditate on them during the day.

Fast on bread and water on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Monthly confession.

In conformity to Pope Urban VIII's Decree and the directives of the Council Vatican II, the author declares not to have the intention to precede the judgment of the Church about the supernatural character of facts and messages related on these pages. I was standing behind Vicka during her talk I have had to insert a
series of still pictures instead of video. Vicka, on the
left, speaks in Italian and the English speaking interpreter is on
the right.

still photos instead. You can only hear the interpreter since the
